Using the site

By using this website you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when you order.

Orders and payment

Sending an order request is an offer to buy, not a confirmed order. We confirm availability, shipping and import rules by email, then send you a secure payment link. An order is confirmed when we receive your payment. We may decline or cancel a request, for example if we cannot ship to your country, and will refund anything you have paid.

Prices and currency

Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at the day's exchange rate for display only. Your payment link is issued in US dollars unless we agree otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before you pay.

Products and images

We describe products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary slightly. Food products are natural and can vary in color and aroma between harvests.

Shipping, duties and risk

Parcels are shipped delivery duty unpaid; the recipient pays any import charges. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our shipping and returns policies for details.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
