Where we ship

We ship from Sri Lanka to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia and many other countries. Some destinations restrict food imports; we confirm each order and country with you before you pay.

Processing and delivery

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery is by tracked express and usually takes 3 to 6 business days to the United States, 3 to 7 to Europe, 3 to 6 to the United Kingdom and 4 to 8 to Australia. Remote areas can take longer.

Duties and taxes

Parcels are shipped delivery duty unpaid. Any import duty, VAT, GST or handling fee charged by your country is payable by the recipient, usually collected by the courier on delivery. Please check your country's rules for food imports before ordering.

Tracking, loss and damage

Every order has a tracking number. If a parcel is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace or refund it.
